Google tested 10 autonomous film crews on an open-source agent orchestrator

Google Cloud describes an internal generative-media hackathon where 10 autonomous AI film crews collaborated inside Scion, an open-source orchestration testbed. Each crew had three agents with separate roles — idea, technical lead, editor — plus a coach agent that enforced checkpoints. The experiment produced 25+ productions and about 44 minutes of film, and Google says the setup revealed useful patterns for multi-agent teamwork outside software.
