ChipAgents raises $60M Series A2 and says ARR is up 6x in H1 2026

ChipAgents says it raised a $60M Series A2 led by B Capital, with participation from Bessemer Venture Partners, Micron, Ericsson, ScOp and existing backers. The company says this brings total Series A funding to $131M.
It also claims:
- ARR is up 6x in the first half of 2026 since its $50M Series A1
- 120+ deployments at semiconductor companies
- one of the industry's largest commercial deployments of agentic AI for chip design and verification
The company says its long-term goal is to build fully autonomous semiconductor "superintelligence" via AI-native reference flows.
