Google is testing AI-generated descriptions for product ads on mobile search.
In the experiment, a “generating insights with AI” notice appears beneath sponsored products after they load, then turns into an AI-written description. The goal is to make ad units more prominent and engaging.
The screenshot shows the new treatment inside Google Shopping/search results, with sponsored product cards displaying the extra AI text below the listings.
