Styrki has shipped a big update for its AI strength and running coach app.
The App Store listing says the app can generate personalized workouts, adapt weights and progression to recovery, remember every chat and voice session, and track strength plus running metrics in one place. It also adds features like a plate-tap logger, automatic PR detection, Lock Screen and Apple Watch rest timers, and integrations with Strava, Polar, Oura, and Bluetooth heart-rate straps.
The app is free to download with in-app purchases and offers a 7-day free AI coach trial.
