Daeduck Electronics pilots wheeled humanoid ALICE M1 on a PCB line for high-mix production

Daeduck Electronics has started a proof of concept with AeiROBOT, using the wheeled humanoid ALICE M1 on a PCB production line.
- The goal is to handle high-mix manufacturing, where varying sizes, thicknesses, and stacking methods are hard to automate with fixed systems.
- ALICE M1 has 7-DOF arms, a wheeled base, adjustable height from 1.3 to 1.7 meters, and NVIDIA GR00T N1.5-based AI for recognizing PCB types and deciding how to handle them.
- Early tasks include picking, moving, and organizing boards; success rate, path quality, and cycle time will determine the next phase.
- Two units will arrive in stages, with a first demo expected by year-end and a full PoC review in about six months.
