Anthropic launches free Claude courses, certificates, and tracks for developers

Anthropic has a separate free course platform, Anthropic Academy, launched on Skilljar and organized into three tracks.
- No-code track: Claude 101 and several AI Fluency courses for non-technical users.
- Developer track: Building with the Claude API, Claude Code in Action, Introduction to MCP, and Introduction to Agent Skills.
- Cloud track: courses for people using Claude through AWS Bedrock or Vertex AI.
All courses are free, require only an email signup, and include certificates. The post also notes that five AI Fluency courses were later published on Coursera, co-taught with professors behind the framework. For developers, the recommendation is to skip Claude 101 and start with Claude Code in Action or the MCP course.
