Two MCP servers add persistent memory and live Sentry data to agents

The Memory server gives agents a persistent knowledge graph across sessions so project context, preferences, and codebase quirks survive between chats. Sentry MCP pulls live error and performance data into the agent’s context, reducing the need to jump between tabs while debugging. The thread also notes the limits: the memory server is a reference implementation, and the old stdio Sentry setup is deprecated.
