Google says Gemini now has more than 950 million monthly users, putting the assistant on track to join the company’s billion-user products like Search, Gmail, YouTube, and Chrome.
Alphabet CEO Sundar Pichai said growth has been driven by new agentic features such as Daily Brief and Gemini Spark, now available in the U.S. and internationally. Google also highlighted strong iOS traction, with 137 million downloads in the last 12 months, as Gemini closes in on ChatGPT’s 1 billion monthly users.
