AI closes 90% of support tickets, exposing culture as the new bottleneck

AI has already closed 90% of support tickets, and the company can ship 10 new features a month — but the real bottleneck is now organizational culture.
The post argues that many software teams are still operating with an old-world mindset: plan slowly, execute fast, and optimize for getting things right on the first try. With AI, that process breaks down because the quarter’s plan can be done in a month, while the next quarter is still unfinished. The result is a surplus of capacity that orgs don’t yet know how to use.
