GitHub Copilot CLI adds queue control, multi-session management and tighter sandboxing

GitHub Copilot CLI v1.0.76-2 adds several agent-workflow features:
- a directable queue manager that can reorder, edit, remove, repeat, and send queued messages immediately
- a Sessions sidebar for managing multiple concurrent sessions
- enterprise-controlled sandbox floors, where managed settings can tighten—but not loosen—the user's sandbox policy
- safer hook handling, including better validation of userPromptSubmitted outputs and a 10 MiB per-invocation cap
It also fixes session failures after subagents finish, improves shell-output display for large file-writing commands, and adds inline image rendering for terminals that support Kitty graphics.
