Flux 3 video model nails Emad Mostaque’s otter-on-a-plane test after two years of progress

Emad Mostaque says he tests new video models with the same prompt: an otter using a laptop on an airplane.
He says Flux 3 is now strong enough to handle a variation on that theme, and compares it with a 2022/2024 example to show how far video generation has come in two years: from nonsense images to much better lighting, detail, and motion.
