FT: Google DeepMind dismantles the AlphaFold team behind its Nobel-winning system

FT reports that Google DeepMind has broken up the team behind AlphaFold, the Nobel-winning protein-folding system, as it reshapes the research strategy that made it a top AI lab. Most of the original AlphaFold paper authors have been reassigned over the past year, according to recent job moves and people familiar with the matter.
