The course is a four-hour deep dive into the architecture of production-ready agents:
- start from a plain LLM call and turn it into a customer-service agent
- cover tools, state, context engineering, memory, guardrails, traces, feedback, and reasoning loops
- build in Python first, then move to higher-level SDKs and MCP
- learn when to use a simple call, a workflow, or full agentic reasoning
The pitch is that most agent tutorials stop at toy demos, while this workshop focuses on how the pieces actually fit together in real systems.
