SK Hynix targets HBM4 mass production in the second half of 2026

SK Hynix held a live Q&A on HBM4 and said:
- Mass production is planned for 2H 2026, with yield and quality expected to be close to HBM3e for key customers.
- The company is currently focused on ramping production capacity.
- Volume production is expected in 2027.
- It is also exploring hybrid bonding and next-generation technologies, including HBM5.
- SK Hynix says time-to-market, product performance, yield and customer trust are hard for competitors to replicate quickly.
