OpenAI launches GPT-Live-Transcribe and GPT-Transcribe for API transcription

OpenAI introduced two new transcription models in the API:
- GPT-Live-Transcribe for low-latency live transcription.
- GPT-Transcribe for asynchronous transcription of finished audio files and batch jobs.
OpenAI says both models better understand context and improve accuracy on real-world audio across accents and languages, including short phrases, numbers, specialized terminology, and speech with loud background noise.
