Vena Acquires Morpheo AI to Build Context Engine for Finance Agents
shashib · x · 2026-07-29
Corporate finance software maker Vena Solutions has acquired Toronto-based data-engineering startup Morpheo AI, its second acquisition in four months. Morpheo's orchestration platform, Omega, will be integrated with Vena's FP&A software to launch Vena Omega.
The combined system aims to build a cumulative context engine for finance. It learns a business's specific planning and decision-making history, passing that context to AI agents. This eliminates the need for finance teams to repeatedly re-explain business rules to generic AI models, effectively reducing decision latency.
