Reply says the LLM-judge flowchart still needs power analysis

A reply to the LLM-judge evaluation flowchart says one missing piece is power analysis.
The author notes they may leave it out of the implementation because the evalstats contribution is already substantial, and other papers already cover power analysis. They add that it still deserves at least a mention.
