Sandberg: act as if you still have agency, even if AGI may already be too late

Sandberg agrees that even if we may already be too late, it can still be psychologically and strategically useful to act as if we have agency.
He argues that many important achievements came from people refusing to treat an apparently fixed situation as fixed, and warns that saying “we’re already in the singularity” can slide into either complacency or fatalism.
