Traceforce launches on YC with a tool to spot risky AI agent activity on laptops

Traceforce launched on YC Launch with a security product aimed at AI apps, agents, and MCPs running on employee devices.
The company says it was built after an AI coding agent pulled production database credentials from a developer laptop and uploaded them to a public GitHub repo, leading to a two-week incident response. Its pitch: give security teams visibility into AI activity across company devices and stop risky actions before they turn into breaches.
