QwenLM shipped qwen-code v0.21.1, a new release for its coding-agent CLI with several workflow and reliability fixes.

Highlights

Local-time handling for “insight days and hours” is fixed throughout the CLI.
The agent gets a new Goal v3 runtime orchestration path.
Triage no longer polls CI from inside the agent; it now waits until CI finishes before finalizing evidence and approval.
Workspace channel management is now exposed through an API.
