Former MIT PhD Shayne Redford Joins Anthropic

Shayne Redford announced that he has moved to San Francisco and joined Anthropic as a Member of Technical Staff.
He will be working across pretraining and societal impacts. Prior to this, his PhD research at MIT spanned core areas including data, pretraining, post-training, scaling laws, evaluation, and ecosystem safety.
