MIT PhD Shayne Redford Joins Anthropic's Technical Staff

MIT PhD student Shayne Redford announced he has moved to San Francisco and joined Anthropic as a Member of Technical Staff. In his new role, he will be working across pretraining and societal impacts. His PhD research at MIT spanned data, pretraining, post-training, scaling laws, evaluation, and ecosystem safety.
