Koch v1.1 low-cost robot arm powers Hugging Face LeRobot
Alexander Koch’s new Koch v1.1 low-cost robot arm is being highlighted as the first open-source arm integrated into Hugging Face LeRobot. The attached image shows the arm and its partnership branding with Tau Robotics and Dynamixel.
The quote-tweeted announcement adds that Tau Robotics is launching a humanoid cleaning service in San Francisco at $30/hour. Access is currently invite-only while operations scale, and the footage is shown at 1× speed with each humanoid jointly controlled by a human operator and AI.
