Claude turns a 30,000-line localization app into a single prompt
draginol · x · 2026-07-29
A localization workflow that used to take a 30,000-line Capp is now being done by a single sentence prompt.
The screenshot shows Claude/Opus acting like a project manager for game localization:
- it plans the staffing for multiple languages,
- has each linguist recruit a native writer to review changes,
- checks a memory/catalog before budget is spent,
- and routes work through a shared brief and objective gates.
The poster contrasts that with the earlier manual tooling for XLIFF/TBX-based localization, where partners often silently used Google Translate anyway.
