Intel brings its 14A process forward to 2027 risk production and 2028 volume ramp

Intel says its 14A process is now slated for risk production on internal products in 2H 2027, one year earlier than planned, with high-volume manufacturing expected in 2028, also a year ahead of previous expectations.
