TechCrunch says Nvidia’s SSI deal combines multi-billion-dollar investment and Vera Rubin access

TechCrunch reports that Ilya Sutskever’s Safe Superintelligence has entered a long-term partnership with Nvidia to scale its AI research.
The deal includes undisclosed investment and access to Nvidia’s Vera Rubin GPU platform, with Nvidia saying SSI has made enough research progress to justify scaling. A source told TechCrunch the investment is in the multiple billions, while Bloomberg pegged it at $5 billion.
