The cited example is Bun’s rewrite from Zig to Rust: what used to look like an expensive, one-off engineering decision is now presented as something teams can revisit with AI assistance. The angle is not that AI replaces architecture work, but that it lowers the cost of large-scale migration and weakens traditional platform lock-in.
