Manga Coloring Tool 2.0 ships as a free local app for manga colorization
The project releases Manga Coloring Tool 2.0, a free, local, open-source web app for colorizing manga pages and chapters with FLUX.2 Klein 4B and ComfyUI.

- a one-click Windows launcher that installs a portable ComfyUI setup and downloads models automatically
- color palette extraction from reference images

- batch processing with live progress updates
- optional steganographic watermarking for verification
The author says it runs fully locally with no subscriptions or cloud APIs, and reports approximate speed of 20 seconds per page in ultra-fast mode and 60 seconds per page in high-quality mode on a 4060 laptop.
