SSI says NVIDIA will help it scale compute 10x in a new strategic partnership

Ilya Sutskever’s Safe Superintelligence says it has signed a long-term strategic partnership with NVIDIA that will let it scale compute 10x over the next 12 months.
NVIDIA is also making a substantial investment in SSI. The post notes that this follows SSI’s earlier Google Cloud TPU setup, and that the company has spent two quiet years in research mode despite having no product or published research. SSI’s latest public valuation was $32B post-money in its April 2025 round, with FT previously reporting a $5B NVIDIA commitment.
