AI ops startup Beilian Zhuguan raises over RMB 100 million in Series A
Beilian Zhuguan, a Hangzhou-based AI operations startup, has raised more than RMB 100 million in a Series A round led by Alibaba Cloud, with existing investors Sequoia China and Yuanjing Capital participating.
What the company does
- Founded in 2021, the company builds SREAgent, a vertical AI agent for operations and site reliability work.
- The product is designed to handle alerts, tickets, incident diagnosis, and routine inspections with a claimed L4-level autonomy.
- It connects to tools such as DingTalk and Feishu, and can extend capabilities through Skills.
- The system supports on-prem IDC, multi-cloud, and cloud-native environments.
Commercial traction
- Beilian Zhuguan says it already serves customers across finance, energy, automotive, mobility, retail, and internet platforms.
- Named customers include Guangfa Bank, E Fund, Li Auto, NIO, GAC, Didi, Dewu, and Starbucks.
- The company also launched a public-cloud version priced at RMB 199 for the first month, with 10,000 credits claimed to equal 1 billion tokens, available through the Alibaba Cloud marketplace.
Team background
- Founder and CEO Lin Hao (Bi Xuan) is a former Alibaba P10 technical expert who helped build HSF, Alibaba’s self-developed T4 container, and e-commerce multi-region active-active architecture.
- In 2025, former Alibaba veteran Cai Xian (Duo Long) joined the company after leaving Alibaba following a 25-year career there.
The article argues that operations agents face a much harder bar than chatbots because they must integrate with real enterprise systems, act in production, and stay safe and reliable under tight operational constraints.
