Grok Voice and voice-first interaction are pitched as faster than typing
A quote tweet about Grok Voice, Grok Build, and Grok 4.5 argues that speaking is often much faster than typing for getting work done. The post cites typical speaking speeds of 130–150 words per minute versus around 40 WPM for typing, and says controlled studies have found speech input can be roughly 3× faster than keyboards in some conditions.
