Alibaba reportedly bundles QoderWork, Wukong and MuleRun into a new Qwen office product
A post claims Alibaba has quietly launched Qwen Office, positioned as an AI office suite for professionals and a WorkBuddy competitor. The product is said to combine three existing tools: QoderWork, Wukong, and MuleRun.
Its pitch goes beyond document generation:
- Office workflows: PPT, Word, Excel, and other document creation and editing
- Multimodal content generation and automation
- A full path from development to deployment to launch
- Web pages that can be published directly, with domain, database, and hosting handled in one flow
The post frames Qwen Office as a potential “super entry point” for the next generation of work, where users open an AI agent instead of Word or Excel.
