FrontierMath problem on the 2-adic absolute Galois group is solved after 40 years

David Turturean says he solved one of EpochAI Research’s FrontierMath open problems—an explicit presentation of the 2-adic Absolute Galois Group—using mostly his voice, with a full proof completed in collaboration with David Roe, the problem’s proposer.
The problem had reportedly been open for more than forty years. The post is a brief congratulations/repost, but the quoted thread carries the substantive claim: a long-standing frontier math problem is now resolved and proofed.
