OpenAI Establishes EU HQ in Dublin, Plans to Hire 250

OpenAI is establishing its new EU headquarters in Dublin's Docklands and plans to hire 250 employees over the next two years across multiple functions, including engineering, finance, privacy, and sales.
This expansion will bring the company's total workforce in Ireland to approximately 350. Since establishing its Irish presence in 2023, OpenAI's local user base has grown to cover nearly one in five people in the country, reflecting a long-term commitment to the European market.
