A trove of Claude chat logs and projects containing sensitive personal and corporate information has been exposed online, discoverable via Google Search.
The leak occurs because Claude's sharing feature creates public links without explicitly warning users that the content could be indexed by search engines. Exposed artifacts include internal company documents. Anthropic has reportedly responded that the system is working as intended.
