AI is exposing people's mediocre taste, but everyone blames the AI

The author points out a counterintuitive observation about AI and human aesthetics: the proliferation of AI tools hasn't directly degraded content quality, but rather exposed the fact that many people inherently have mid taste.
However, instead of acknowledging their own lack of aesthetic sense, the general public finds it easier to blame the AI technology itself for the mediocrity.
