Council 1.2 adds blind multi-model review and a guest seat for any external answer

- Council 1.2 sends one question to multiple models, strips model names, and lets them critique one another blindly.
- It returns a 0–100 disagreement score so you can see how far apart the answers are and who stood out.
- New in this version: a guest seat lets you paste in any external answer from ChatGPT, Gemini, a colleague, or elsewhere, and it gets reviewed anonymously too.
- It works with both cloud and local setups, including Claude, GPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, Grok, Mistral, Perplexity, OpenRouter, Ollama, Apple’s on-device model, and any OpenAI-compatible server.
- There is also a CLI with --fail-above 40 for rough sanity checks in scripts, and the project is MIT-licensed with no telemetry or account required.
