Mira Murati publicly said goodbye to Lilian Weng as Weng leaves Thinky, saying it has been wonderful building the company together and that she is glad Weng is putting her health first.
In her follow-up message, Murati called the decision hard and sad, shared it with the Thinky team, and closed with: “The future worth building is human.”
