teortaxesTex · x · 2026-07-28
Moonshot says it has open-sourced MoonEP, a high-performance communication library for distributed MoE workloads.
The library is built to reduce communication overhead in large expert-parallel training and inference systems.
The accompanying diagram positions MoonEP alongside other expert-parallel communication approaches, including NCCL, DeepEP, LPLB, EPLB, UltraEP, and vendor-specific stacks from NVIDIA and AMD.
