MAI-Cyber-1-Flash is built to cover 90% of CyberGym patching work

Mustafa Suleyman says MAI-Cyber-1-Flash in MDASH is designed to handle up to 90% of vulnerability detection and patching tasks in CyberGym.
The idea is to let the agentic harness reserve larger, more expensive models such as GPT-5.4 for the remaining 10% of especially hard cases. He adds that security is an always-on mission and that token cost is now the real constraint for defenders.
