Fooocus Advanced adds faster performance, SAM3 masking, and tiled SDXL upscaling
The maintainer says Fooocus has been extended for personal use after the original project was discontinued. The updated build focuses on keeping the app compact while adding a set of practical image-generation improvements.

- New RAM and VRAM management.
- SAM3 integration for masking and enhancement.
- SDXL tiled upscaling.
- Modern APG, CFG++, and PAG guidance aimed at more realistic and natural images.
The author also says they are looking for an elegant way to integrate newer models such as Flux and Krea 2 without bloating the app, and as a stopgap they already support additional models through Replicate and fal.ai.
