Kimi K3 license sets $20M/year inference terms and a separate $20M/month product deal

A reply clarifies the two commercial terms in the Kimi K3 license.
One term covers model-as-a-service inference at $20M/year. The other applies when companies use Kimi inside products: if they exceed $20M/month in revenue or 100M users, they must negotiate a specific commercial deal and display Kimi K3.
