Cached input makes looped agent workflows cheaper than they look

The author says a workflow pattern like /loop or simple babysitting is useful because most of the token cost is cached input. The implication is that, for some agent workflows, the economics are dominated less by fresh generation and more by repeatedly reusing prior context.
