Dynamo separates occupied space from cached memory in routing

Space is not the same thing as memory
This part clarifies the second term in Dynamo's routing score: space.
- Space means the resources already occupied by requests currently running, plus the extra space your request would consume.
- It is measured against what is running, not against what is merely remembered.
- A cached block sitting idle in memory is free for you to reuse, but it is not blocking anyone yet.
The point is to keep two concepts separate: remembering saves work, while running consumes space.
