A healthcare reverse-logistics operator says Claude Chat and Cursor helped them build an entire internal software suite in about eight weeks.
The system now includes:
- a client portal and booking portal
- driver apps
- a customer database
- route optimization that learns from real driven routes
- package routing, trunk handoff, and hub manifest ledgers
The author says they had little coding experience, made plenty of mistakes, and are now rolling out v1 while thinking about how to start v2 with a better architecture. They also ask for prompt patterns that work at the start and end of long Claude sessions, since their handoff docs are not perfect and chats become too large for Claude to retain everything cleanly.
