OMK open-sources a provider-neutral control plane for coding agents

OMK is a local-first, provider-neutral multi-agent control plane for coding agents, released as MIT-licensed software.
Its design centers on:
- routing tools and skills under one planner
- evidence and verification gates before marking work done
- computer-use as a runtime lane for desktop and browser actions
- approval gates for mutating GUI operations
The author says the goal is to avoid vendor lock-in and the common pattern of spawning a second browser agent that re-plans the whole task.
