Opus 5 is reportedly stronger than Opus 4.8, but inherits some Fable quirks
The post says Opus 5 is better than Opus 4.8 across the board, but it also picked up some of Fable’s quirks along the way, including “Density” and “FableSpeak.”
This is a compact model-behavior observation rather than a product announcement: the new version seems stronger overall, but not perfectly clean in style or behavior.
