Victor Taelin updates his agent memory system with tree expansion and long-term recall
AccBalanced · x · 2026-07-27
Victor Taelin says he has updated his agent memory system with a command that expands compressed memory into two larger parts.
- The change lets the agent navigate a memory tree.
- It can seek and recall information from long ago with arbitrary precision.
- He also reiterates the underlying design: an append-only log, on-the-spot compression, and no deletions, so context stays constant-sized while details fade with age.
- He asks anyone who cloned it to update their copy.
