A second post amplifies the same argument: companies should own their domain knowledge and learning loops, not obsess over owning the model.
It adds a key question for enterprises: if a better model arrives, can your knowledge transfer with it?
The point is that the durable advantage lives in the organization’s accumulated know-how, not in the current model choice.
