Opus 5 reportedly re-reviews subagent output far more than 4.x did

A user reports that Opus 5 behaves differently from the 4.x generation in autonomous subagent workflows.

Their previous process was to have the model brainstorm, dump the plan to Markdown, clear the session, then execute the plan autonomously with subagents. With Opus 5, however, the main agent spends a lot of time re-reviewing subagent output, which makes the user trust it less as a fully autonomous worker.
